We hope that you really enjoyed your new products, but if something happens, here are some guide lines.
Please keep in mind that customized products are non-refundable but, we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied and you can send them back to us to be repaired for the lifespan* of the product. We love our products and our customers. We will strive to make sure everyone is happy!
Lifespan* Free Repair
As long as the product still in good condition, we will try to repair it. This policy will cover any repairs due to a stich problem, fabric or materials problem. It will not cover inegligence and the umproper use of the product or accidents caused by the customer. We will always try to work with the customer for a satisfying solution. Shipping cost should be paid by the customer unless it is with in one year of purchase and it is decided we are at fault.
Returns
For stock products, our policy covers 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags. It must also be in the original packaging and have the receipt attached.
Any items containing make-up, body odor, perfume, animal hair , etc. or are sent back after the return period will not be accepted.
Gift cards, some health and personal care items and All Sale merchandise are not eligible for refund.
To complete your return, you need to contact us to receive an authorization code and an address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 weeks.
Exchanges
We will replace items that were received defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at travelleafusa@gmail.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
When shipping product back to us:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Securely repack your merchandise as we are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecured packaging.
Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Remember to cover or remove any original labels on the package. Remember to keep the tracking details for your records. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship.
